Generally, organic pigments used in cosmetic and personal care products are colors that are classified as toners, lakes, and true pigments. Manufacturers use certified and high-quality organic pigment because they are safe and brighter than the inorganic pigments. Further, there are some manufacturers who use cosmetic dyes that are oil soluble color used in the cosmetic product range. However, the application depends on the formulation of the personal care product.
